Project: Gove Closure Refinery Services Relocation (Australia)

Scope: Working under Rio Tinto our director led the project delivery of relocation of underground services - HV, LV, Water, Sewer, Waste, Caustic Pipelines, and associated Switch rooms & Pumpstations.

Achievements: Completed the complex services project over two years without a single significant injury. Managed the engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases, ensuring all project deliverables were met efficiently, and successfully managed several high value contractor claims.

Project: Sino Iron Projects (Australia)

Scope: Working under BGC Contracting our director led the project delivery of multiple civil construction projects, including crusher slots, overland conveyors, tunnels, piperacks, cable trays, and AG mills.

Achievements: Delivery of a successive list of mining infrastructure projects on the Sino Iron Citic Pacific mine site through a collaborative working relationship with the client, from design & estimation through to construction and commissioning

Key Initiatives: Implemented a number of modern single use formwork solutions that significantly reduced the costs of multiple projects which was passed on to the client during each project negotiation phase.
